I can talk to anyone about anything, and I make people feel like they matter.
Game entertainment, Washington Nationals. Open to the right full-time job in events, hospitality, or sales.

What I bring
Four things I'm good at, no matter the job.
I plan out what needs to happen and when, and I make sure everyone is ready before it starts. That's how I run a part of the show on game day, and it's how I handle any job with a lot of pieces.
I'm good with people from the second they walk in. It can be one guest or a full stadium. Either way, they leave feeling like someone was happy to see them.
I figure out what someone actually needs and tell them about it the way I'd tell a friend. It works in a store, and it works anywhere you need people to say yes.
I started on NatPack as a rookie. Now I'm one of the people the rookies come to. I show them how the job works and make sure they're ready before they're out on the field.

About me
I've worked in sports for four years. Right now I'm with NatPack at Nationals Park. I started out on the field, hyping up fans from on top of the dugout and on the big screen. I still do that, and this year I'm also a producer. I plan out exactly what has to happen and when for each part of the show, and I make sure the team is ready before we go on.
The whole job is making sure every fan has fun. Sometimes that's one person in the front row. Sometimes it's dressing up in a costume on the field, or being on the big screen with 40,000 fans watching. I've gotten comfortable with all of it. I also have a good arm, so I'm always on the first team out for the t-shirt toss.
I also work at Vuori, and before that I worked for the Washington Spirit and at Army Navy Country Club. Different places, but it's the same thing everywhere. I can talk to anyone, about work or about life, and I'm good at figuring out what people need.
I've taken business classes at Northern Virginia Community College and Virginia Commonwealth University.

Outside of work
This is Molly. She's three, and she's the best part of any day off. When I'm not at the ballpark, we're usually outside on a long walk somewhere. It's pretty much the only time I'm not talking to someone.
The other thing I do with my free time is fitness classes. I've tried just about every popular one around Arlington and D.C., and I'm always up for a new one.
Experience
Sales on the floor. I make it personal. If someone says they're flying to Europe, I tell them what my mom packs for long trips and why it works. They usually end up buying it.
I started as a performer, hyping up fans from on top of the dugout and on the big screen. I still do that. This year I'm also producing. I plan what needs to happen and when for each part of the show, make sure NatPack is ready before we're on screen, and help the newer people learn the job. Some days that means one fan in the front row. Some days it's a sold-out park.
Game-day staff at Washington Spirit games. I handed out programs at the gates, ran the halftime t-shirt toss, and was on the radio with the game-day team.
My first job working with customers. I served tables and drove the beverage cart.
